ABOUT DITTY DOKTER
Ditty weaves tapestries from fleece, wool and objects found in the landscapes that inspire her. Being guided by colour and shape, but especially colour, the natural materials evoke the qualities first of the Dutch and then the East Anglian landscapes that have been and are her home.
She has exhibited since 2017 as part of Riverside Arts at Little Ouse in the Cambridge Open Studios
and in Wootton Fitzpaine in Dorset in 2017.
In 2018 she exhibited as part of Creative Coton exhibition. She will exhibit once again in July 2020 with Riverside Arts. See the COS website here for further information.
She takes commissions (see the Scottish Border landscape)
